Big I's Mobile Detailing provides on-location auto detailing in Galveston County, TX. Services are described on our Services page and may be modified for safety or condition reasons (severe weather, unsafe access, etc.).
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation by text or email. We arrive within a 30-minute window of the scheduled start time. If we're delayed, we'll text you.
Prices shown are starting prices. Final price may be adjusted after on-site inspection if the vehicle requires significantly more work than the tier covers (heavy mud, severe pet hair, biohazard). We'll always tell you the adjusted price before starting.
Free reschedule with 12+ hours notice. Same-day cancellations may be charged a $25 trip fee. No-shows (we arrive and you're unreachable) are charged 50% of the service price.
Light rain is fine. For heavy rain, lightning, or temperatures below 35°F we reschedule at no charge. We'll text you the morning of.
Payment is collected on-site after the service is complete. We accept card, Apple/Google Pay, Cash App, Zelle, and cash.
We carry commercial liability insurance. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage (paint defects, clear-coat failure, interior staining beyond removal). We'll always inspect and photograph the vehicle before starting and discuss anything we find.
